Age Limit

డాక్టర్ వైయస్సార్ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ మొత్తం Rs25 లక్షలు పెంచడం జరిగింది. పెరిగిన మొత్తం Rs.25 లక్షలు నగదును కార్డుపై ప్రింట్ చేసి రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న ప్రతి ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ లబ్ధిదారుని కుటుంబానికి గ్రామ వార్డు వాలంటీర్ల ద్వారా అందించడం జరుగును.

గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయాలకు కొత్త ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ కార్డులు వచ్చిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే ఈ సర్వే చేయుటకు అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. ANM / CHO, మహిళా పోలీస్ గ్రామ వాలంటీర్లు వారితో కలిసి ఒక హెల్త్ టీముగా ఏర్పడి ప్రతి ఇంటికి ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ బౌచర్లను పంపిణీ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది మరియు ప్రతి ఇంటిలో కనీసం ఒకరి మొబైల్ లో నైనా ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ యాప్ మరియు దిశ యాప్ ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకునే విధంగా సూచనలు ఇవ్వవలెను.

వాలంటీర్లు వారు వారి క్లస్టర్ పరిధిలో ప్రతి ఇంటిని సందర్శించి పెరిగిన ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ మొత్తం అమౌంటు కోసం వివరిస్తూ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ సర్వీసుల తెలియజేసి కొత్త ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ కార్డులను వారికి అందించి eKYC తీసుకోవలసి ఉంటుంది. సర్వే చేయు సమయంలో వాలంటీర్లు సిటిజన్ కు ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ పథకం ద్వారా మొత్తం 25 లక్షలకు పెంచబడినట్టు తెలియజేస్తూ మరియు 25 లక్షలు కార్డుపై ప్రింట్ చేయబడి ఉన్నట్టు తెలియజేయాలి.

Steps :

➤ వాలంటీర్ వారు వారి Mobile లొ పాత GSWS Volunteer App వుంటె దనిని Uninstall చెసి కొత్త GSWS Volunteer App ని Install చెసుకొవలి.
➤ వాలంటీర్ వారు కొత్తగా అప్డేట్ అయినటువంటి GSWS Volunteers యాప్ డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకుని ఓపెన్ చేయాలి.
➤ వాలంటీర్ వారి CFMS ID ద్వారా Login అవ్వాలి. లాగిన్ సమయం లో Biometric / IRIS / Facial ద్వారా లాగిన్ అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది.
➤ Home Page లో "Aarogya Sri" అనె ఆప్షన్ పై టిక్ చేయాలి. Select Type of Search వద్ద Aarogyasri Card Number మరియు Aadhar Card Number. రెండిట్లో ఒకటి సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుని ఆ నెంబర్ను ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.
➤ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ నెంబర్ ద్వారా లేదా ఆధార్ కార్డు నెంబర్ ద్వారా కుటుంబా వివరాలు ఓపెన్ అవుతాయి. అందులో "Handed Over New Arogya Sri Card to the Family ? ( కొత్త ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ కార్డు ను ఈ కుటుంబానికి అందించారా? ) అందించినట్లయితే Yes అని టిక్ చేయాలి. తరువాత వారి కుటుంబంలో ఉన్న వ్యక్తుల పేర్లు కింద చూపిస్తుంది. ఎవరు అయితే అందుబాటులో ఉన్నారో వారి పేరుతో విచ్చేసిన తర్వాత వారి eKYC ను Biometric / IRIS / Facial ద్వారా తీసుకోవాలి. ఆ కుటుంబానికి సంబంధించి కార్డు డెలివరీ పూర్తి అయినట్టు అర్థం.

ఆడుదాం ఆంధ్రా website లొ పంచాయితి కార్యదర్శి Login లొ Team Form చెయఢం కొసం option ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది.

STEPS

➤ Login as Panchayat Seceratry ( Chairman ) in Aadudam Andhra Webite.

➤ Click on Games - > Team Foundation in Left Side menu.

➤ Select the Game from the Sport Dropdown box and Clik on Get. If already teams are formed it will show all the teams form under the selected Game.

➤ Click on the Create New Team Male or Create New Team Female button to form the New Team. It will open a poup window with the Panchayath Secretary Mobile Number and Sport Name. Click Create Team button.

➤ It will automatically creates a Team. Now click on the ➕  button to add team members.

➤ For badminton, team required two players add the two players and team will be formed with the two members.

➤ To approve the team click on the right side ✔  Tick button it will open a popup window with team name and Approve button. Click on approve button to Approve the team.

ఆడుదాం ఆంధ్ర లో citizens registration ఇప్పటి వరకు online website లొ చెసారు. ఇప్పుఢు Government గ్రామ వార్డు వాలంటీర్ల ద్వారా ఇంటింటికి వెళ్లి సర్వే చేయుటకు సిద్ధమైనది. అందులో భాగంగా వాలంటీర్ వారి GSWS Volunteer మొబైల్ అప్లికేషన్ లో కొత్తగా "ఆడుదాం ఆంధ్ర" అనే ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వడం జరుగును.

వాలంటీర్లు ఆడదాం ఆంధ్ర సర్వే చేయు విధానము :

➤ వాలంటీర్లు కొత్తగా అప్డేట్ అయిన GSWS Volunteer మొబైల్ యాప్ install చేసుకోవాలి.
➤ గ్రామా వార్డు వాలంటీర్ యొక్క CFMS ID (in old app it is with aadhar number)ఎంటర్ చేసి Biometric /Face / Irish ద్వారా లాగిన్ అవ్వాలి. In HOME Page "ఆడుదాం ఆంధ్రా" అనే option సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి. వాలంటీరు పేరు, క్లస్టర్ పరిధిలోని మొత్తం సభ్యుల సంఖ్య, పూర్తి అయిన సభ్యుల సంఖ్య ,పెండింగ్ లో ఉన్న సభ్యుల సంఖ్య ప్రత్యేకంగా కనిపిస్తాయి.

గమనిక: ఆటలలో పాల్గొనడానికి సభ్యుల వయస్సు 15 నుంచి 60 సంవత్సరాల మధ్య ఉండాలి. 8 సంవత్సరాల కంటే తక్కువ వయస్సు ఉన్న వారు ప్రేక్షకులు పరిగణించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది.

➤ పెండింగ్ అని ఉన్నవి అన్నీ కూడా సర్వే చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది. పేరు పై క్లిక్ చేసిన వెంటనే నియోజవర్గ స్థాయి, జిల్లా స్థాయి, రాష్ట్రస్థాయిలో ప్రధమ, ద్వితీయ మరియు తృతీయ బహుమతి యొక్క వివరములు క్రికెట్,వాలీబాల్, కబడ్డీ,ఖో ఖో మరియు బాడ్మింటన్ క్రీడల వారీగా చూపిస్తుంది.

➤ 1వ ప్రశ్నలో కనిపిస్తున్న ఆటల్లో పోటీ ఉంటుంది, 2వ ప్రశ్నలో కనిపిస్తున్న ఆటలు పోటీ లేనివి. పౌరులు ఆటలు ఆడటానికి ఆశక్తి చూపకపోతే, ప్రేక్షకులుగా పాల్గొనేందుకు 3వ ప్రశ్నను ఎంచుకోవాలి

➤ 8 సంవత్సరాల కంటే తక్కువ వయస్సు ఉంటే దిగువ ప్రశ్నవళి కనిపిస్తుంది. పౌరుణ్ని ప్రేక్షకుడిగా ఎంచుకున్న అనంతరం సబ్మిట్ button పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.

➤ అన్ని ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత చివరగా Submit పై టిక్ చేయాలి.అలా చేసిన తరువాత Completed గా మారుతుంది .

సర్వే చేయు వాలంటీర్లకు సూచనలు :

➤ సర్వేలో భాగంగా వాలంటీర్ వారు వారి క్లస్టర్ పరిధిలో ఉన్న ప్రతి ఇంటిని సందర్శించి సర్వేను పూర్తి చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.
➤ 15 సంవత్సరాల నుండి 60 సంవత్సరాల లోపు వయసుగల వారు ప్లేయర్లుగా రిజిస్టర్ చేయుటకు అర్హులు.
➤ 8 సంవత్సరాల పైబడిన వారు అందరూ కూడా ప్రేక్షకులుగా రిజిస్టర్ చేయుటకు అర్హులు.
➤ రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న అన్ని గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయాలకు ఆడదామా ఆంద్ర కరపత్రాలు పంపిణీ చేయడం జరుగును. వాలంటీర్లు సర్వే చేయ సమయంలో కరపత్రాలను ప్రతి ఇంటికి అందించవలసి ఉంటుంది.

➤ Register Now ! అనే ఆప్షన్ పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి .
➤ Register as Player అనే ఆప్షన్ ను ఎంచుకోవాలి. ప్లేయర్ ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. User Consent పై click చేసి, Accept పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

In your Android phone you can backup your WhatsApp chat backup to Google drive and the restore the backup from the same google account. You have to linked your active Google account and then you can bakup your chats to Google Account. How to Apply PM Vishwakarma Scheme through CSC Site

PM Vishwakarma Scheme is now open for all the districts in India. Please find the steps below to apply online through CSC Site.

Steps ::

Step 1 : Open the link https://pmvishwakarma.gov.in/
Step 2 : Click on Login Menu option and Select the Option CSC Login.

Step 3 : It will rediret to CSC Login Page. Now enter User Name , Password and Captcha Code and click on Sign IN Button.
Step 4 : After login it will redirct to the Register page.
Step 5 : Register Now page will be open. Here it will show the Popup message "Is There Any Government Employee Within Your Family?" Select the Option Yes or No in the Popup screen and Click on Continue.
Step 6 : In the next Page it will ask questions "Have you availed credit/ loan facility under similar schemes of central government or state government for self-employment/ business development e.g. PMEGP or have outstanding loan under PM SVANidhi or Mudra?". Select the options Yes or No and click on Continue Button.

Step 7 : It will open Aadhar Verification Page. Here you have to enter the Register mobile number with Aadhar , Aadhar number , Captcha Code , Select the Terms option and click on the Continue button.
Step 8 : OTP page will be open and enter the received OTP number and click on Continue Button.
Step 9 : It opens the Aadhar Verification page. It will show the Aadhar Number and if it is correct then click on Verify Biometric option. Verify citizen biometric authentication with Startek , Mantra or other biometric device.

Step 10 : In the Next Page it will show the user details based on the Aadhar Number. Select the options for the Marriage Status, Caste and Physical Handicapped type from the drop down list in this page. Select the options for Are you doing business in same state? , Are you doing business in same District ? and Minority values from the dropdown list.

Step 11 : In the Next page fill the Contact Details like Mobile No , Aahdar Number and Pan Card Number (PAN number is optonal).

Step 12 : In the Next page enter the Family Details. In the Add Row section fill all the Family member details.

Step 13 : In the Next Page it shows the address details based on the Aadhar card number. If the Aadhar Card address and the Current address is same then select the option Same as Aadhar Address other wise select Others option. Next if the citizen in staying in the GramaPanchayat then select the option yes or no for the question "Do you come under Gram Panchayat ?". Select the Black and Gramapanchayat Name from the dropdown list.
Step 14 : In the Profession / Trade Details section select the profession. Here it shows the 18 professional details and we have to select the Profession details. In the Business address section has three options Same as Aadhar Address, Same as Current Address and Others. Select the option based on the Business location and click on Save button. After that click on Next button.

Step 15 : In the Saving Bank Details page fill the details like Name Of The Bank, IFSC Code, Name Of The Branch and Account Number.
Step 16 : In Credit Support Page Do you Want Cretdit Support section if you need financial help click on yes otherwise select the option May be Later. If you press Yes you have to enter other details like How much amount your need , In which bank account do you want to deposit money and what purpose your going to use that money.

Step 17 : In next section it show Skill Training, Toolkit, Marketing Support selec the options and click on Save and Next.

Step 18 : In Declaration Details check all the details an click on Terms and Conditions and click on Submit buttton it will generate the application ID. Save the application and it will redirect to the Dashboard. In the Dashboard application will be available in the PDF format downlad and save the PDF file and also it will show the status of the application.

➤ To do the card holder eKyc operator has to search the benificiary in the Search Benificiary Page.
➤ In Search Benificary Page we have to select the State fromt the State Benificiary , Scheme type as PMJAY and Search by option as Aadhar Number Number. Now it will ask to select the District Name. Select the District and enter the Aadhar number.
➤ Now click on the Search Button it will display the results based on the Aadhar Number.

SBI Sends new Debit card though speed post whenever your old debit card is going to be expired. Once you received your New SBI ATM cum debit card, you have to Generate your ATM PIN via SBI ATM/Through Internet Banking/Call Center /Yono SBI. visit any one of the nearest SBI ATMs. Follow the steps mentioned below to generate an SBI ATM PIN.

Generate SBI Card PIN at SBI ATM

➤ Insert your ATM card into the machine.
➤ Select the PIN generation option.
➤ Enter your 11 digit SBI account number and Confirm.
➤ Enter your 10-digit Registered mobile number and Confirm.
➤ You will receive and OTP PIN ( Valid for 2 days only ) on your registered mobile number. You have to use this pin to set your New PIN at any State Bank ATM.
➤ Card Holders has to create new PIN using the OTP at any State Bank ATM by seleting the Menu options Banking -> PIN Change.
➤ Enter a new four-digit PIN of your choice and re-confirm the same.
➤ If the process is successful you will see a message as 'Your PIN has been changed successfully'.

THROUGH Yono SBI

➤ Login into Yono SBI App.
➤ Go to MYDebit Card section.
➤ In the bottom menu select the opt Set/Reset ATM Pin.

➤ It will rediret the page to Set the ATM PIN.
➤ Enter the New PIN and sumbit it will send an OTP to the Registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and once the OTP validtion is successful the ATM pin updated successfully.
Note: You have to use the ATM Card first time in SBI ATM Only.

How to Check Voter ID Card details with Mobile Number

In VoterID card searh they have provided option to search by EPIC Card No or Search By Details. In these Search we have to know the VoterID Card if we want to search with VoterID Card. In the Search by Details we have to fill the Name and Age as it is in the VoterID card. Now they have provided another search option is with Mobile Number called Search by Mobile.

To check this feature the Voter ID Should be linked with the Mobile Number. If mobile number is not linked with the VoterID card you can link it in online or Contact with the Booth Level Officer to link your Mobile Number with the VoterID Card. Please find the steps below.

Steps:

➤Open the website https://voters.eci.gov.in/. Click on the Section Search Electoral Roll.

➤It will redirect to the electoralsearch page where it will display the option to search the EPIC Card.
➤The search options are
1)Search by Details.
2)Search by EPIC.
3)Search by Moible.
Clik on the Search by Mobile Number option.

➤Here we have to select the State from the State Dropdown List and Enter Mobile number and click on Send OTP.
➤It will send an OTP to the Linked Mobile Number. Enter the OTP and Captch and Click on Search button. If you didn't get the OTP you can click on the Resend OTP to Resend the OTP to the Linked Mobile Number.

➤The search result will be displayed in the search result table section with the details VoterID, Name, Age, Relative Name, State , District, Assembly Constituency, Part, Polling Station , Part Serial Number and Action in the Search result.
➤If the Mobile number is linked with more than one Voter ID card then it will display all the Voter Id card details in the search result.

➤Now click on the View Details link which will show the VoterID Card wit the details like Name, Age, Relative Name, State , Gender, Assembly Constituency, Part, Polling Station , Part Serial Number , BLO number etc..

ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ కార్డు కలిగిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరి మొబైల్ లో అప్లికేషన్ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకుని ఓపెన్ చేయాలి. USER LOGIN పేజీ చూపిస్తుంది. అందులో Enter UHID or Aadhaar No అని ఉన్న దగ్గర ఆరోగ్య శ్రీ నెంబర్ లేదా సిటిజెన్ ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. OTP Verification పేజీ చూపిస్తుంది. అక్కడ చూపిస్తున్న మొబైల్ నెంబర్ 4 అంకెలు సరి అయితే Continue పై క్లిక్ చేస్తే 4 అంకెల OTP వస్తుంది, ఆ OTP ఎంటర్ చేసి లాగిన్ అయితే Citizen ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ app లో లాగిన్ count అవుతుంది.

How to Uninstall Game Turbo App

Go to Security App

Open Game Turbo App.

Go to Game Turbo Settings.
