Whatapp - Where is WhatsApp backup file stored on Gmail

In your Android phone you can backup your WhatsApp chat backup to Google drive and the restore the backup from the same google account. You have to linked your active Google account and then you can bakup your chats to Google Account. In WhatsApp Settings > Chats > Chat Backup and tap on the “Back Up” button it will then backup your chats to the Google Account.

Find the step to locate your WhatsApp backup on Google Drive:

➤ In you computer browser Open Google Drive by opening the website https://drive.google.com.
➤ Sign in with the same Google account that you use for backing up your WhatsApp data to Google account.
➤ In the left side Menu of the screen, click on the "Storage" tab.
➤ In the Storage section you will be able to see the link Called Backup.
➤ You can see the WhatsApp Backup listed there like shown the below sceen.
